âI enjoy speaking to diverse audiences,â says Tynisha. âI love the idea of women sharing things that uplift other women. The AADC provides a great venue for that. There’s a generational diversity that exists within the community which is not always common. Being able to speak with a community as devoted to sisterhood, positivity, respect and lifelong learning is always a pleasure.â
