L’Hommedieu Lecture: An Evening with
Renowned Ocean Conservationist Fabien Cousteau
The Associate Alumnae will feature Fabien Cousteau as the 2026 L’Hommedieu Lecturer. Fabien is a renowned aquanaut, ocean conservationist, and documentary filmmaker. He is a third-generation ocean explorer and protection and preservation advocate. He is the first grandson of the legendary Jacques Cousteau. His lecture will address climate change, ocean warming and his explorations.
The L’Hommedieu Visiting Lecturer Series is presented by the Associate Alumnae of Douglass College (AADC) and made possible through the generosity of the late Frances Bradley L’Hommedieu ’26. The lecture is free and open to our alumnae community, friends, the greater Rutgers community and the public.
